All major credit cards as well as Paypal are accepted.

Do you charge sales tax?

State sales tax is collected for any order shipping to Louisiana. City sales tax is collected with Orleans Parish.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. All transactions on this site are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored in the system.  

How should I care for my pillow or fabric?

Each of our textile products is machine washable with phosphate free detergent (we like to use detergent free and clear of dyes and perfumes).  We recommend line drying to preserve the life of each piece.

What is your shipping policy?

What type of insert comes with my pillow?

All of our pillows have a lofty 5/95 down feather insert inside. If you have an allergy or aversion please email jeanne.vockroth@gmail.com to find out about our alternative fill options.

Do you make custom pillows?

We’d love to make something unique for you! We can make a pillow in any size with any of our fabrics or with a fabric that is special to you! Please email jeanne.vockroth@gmail.com for a quote.

Do you offer trade pricing?

We do! Please find more information on our trade accounts here.

Can you create custom colors or print on other base fabrics?

We can and would love to do this for you. We require minimum quantities for orders like this, please email jeanne.vockroth@gmail.com for more information.
